BetterRoads is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, reports, comments, and photos from our systems.
BetterRoads does not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to store your login session locally on your device. This data never leaves your device except as part of authenticated API requests.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
